Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of vintage watches, all sales are considered final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges based on:
• Change of mind
• Personal condition preferences
• Characteristics consistent with vintage or previously owned timepieces

Every watch is verified by our team to ensure originality and proper functioning, unless otherwise clearly stated in the product description.

Returns may be accepted only in the rare event that:
• The item received is materially not as described, or
• Significant damage occurs during shipping
In such cases, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence. We will assist with the insurance claim process and work toward a fair and reasonable resolution.
Shipping Damage or Loss
All shipments are fully insured. In the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can promptly initiate an insurance claim on your behalf.
