Yes. Every watch we sell is 100% authentic, vintage, pre-owned, or New Old Stock (NOS), and carefully inspected and verified by our team prior to listing.
Are the watches new or pre-owned?
All watches are vintage, pre-owned, or New Old Stock (NOS). Each item’s condition is clearly stated on the product page.
Do you provide additional photos or videos?
Yes. You may request additional images or videos of any watch before purchasing by contacting us at info@valerawatches.com.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide using DHL Express.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
Is shipping insured?
Yes. All shipments are fully insured until delivery.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. A DHL tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Are there customs duties or import taxes?
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Do you offer a warranty?
Vintage and New Old Stock watches do not come with manufacturer warranties. However, all watches are tested for proper functionality before shipment unless otherwise stated.

In the rare event of shipping damage or a material discrepancy, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
